There’s this festival held at Admiral Kidd Park called The Long Beach Unity Festival. I’m interning with the organization and organizing the festival that will be held on June 8th.

The Long Beach Unity Festival is all about bringing the community together through music and the arts. They hold festivals annually and we invite people in the community to perform.

High school students can be a part of the Talent Search Competition where they will be judged. Anyone from little kids to the elderly can audition as part of the community! If you know anyone who would like to perform please let them know about this opportunity to show what they’ve got!

If you or someone you know is interested auditions are held at:

Admiral Kidd Park

2101 Santa Fe Ave.

Long Beach, CA 90810

at 12PM on the following dates:

Saturday, April 13th

Saturday, May 11th

Saturday, May 25th

For the auditions, you need to bring your own track to perform to and you should also bring a second track just in case.

But, also remember that whatever you decide to perform must be positive meaning no lewdness, cursing, or things of that sort.

This event is open to all performers meaning if you play an instrument, if you sing or dance, you can audition!
